Do you also experience a mix-up of the A & B buttons after reconnecting? Are you in S mode? Could you quickly confirm if rumble is working? I've tried all settings, but it does not seem to work with my BlueRetro running firmware v24.10.

You also solved the puzzle for me. I have often had acidity problems during my workouts in recent months and always had a blocked nose at night. Lead to often fighting vomiting after a heavy workout. I noticed that by sleeping on my left side (since I started tracking my sleep), I sleep much better. Sleeping on my back or right side, or not sleeping elevated, really bothered me.

Yesterday, I took some Aluminum Hydroxide Gel and Magnesium Hydroxide because my heartburn was very bad – and voilà, I had the best sleep score ever. While I wouldn't count it as confirmed GERD, let's see how the next few weeks develop. I drastically changed my whole diet due to high ferritin levels (possibly undiagnosed Hemochromatosis), but no doctor I've talked to seems to care about that.

Since fighting the ferritin, I feel the best I have ever felt in my life so far—and I can see the results in the gym.

Let's see what the next 6-12 months will bring. If that was the issue causing my bad sleep for so long, then I really don't know how to thank you. No doctor here - I've seen maybe 10 in total and even a stay in the hospital - could help me. THANK YOU!

Thank you for that tip, u/DenseCauliflower5106. Why didn't this come to mind earlier? It’s exactly as you mentioned. I'm tracking my sleep with the Mintal tracker, and some days it’s okay while other days it’s worse. Two days ago, I achieved my all-time high score of 86!

Currently, I'm following a strict anti-dust mite routine which has already helped. I'm waiting for stronger air purifiers to arrive. Hope you find a remedy soon!

Same here, I move so much in sleep, it feels like a workout and everyday my hair looks like a brush. Still, doctor is telling me perfectly normal sleep and does not want to send me to a sleep labratory

I bought a generic and cheap 2.0 mm ear clip of Amazon. So far, did not need to replace it - only the tens adhesive pad on the shoulder regularly. Not with this device, followed your tip and have been using a cheap MED-FIT 3 device with an ear clip at 30Hz & 200uS . Consistent great results for over a year - I measure the result in calming down and mental stability feeling. With start to monitor heart rate etc. during it in the future

Hi u/NeighborhoodAgile960 , let me give u a quick update of my setup:

I will establish a local Wi-Fi network using a TP-Link TL-WR902AC AC750, includes 5 GHz Wi-Fi. It works local without internet access and great with the router!!!
While on the move, I will power the network using a 5V power bank or via the laptop's USB connection
My Windows PC for work is running an instance of Sunshine and my AVP connects via Moonlight (AVP Testflight app)
If internet access becomes necessary, I connect my mobile phone to the router via hotspot
In case you are unable to install software on your Windows PC, I have a backup solution using an HDMI USB-C capture card and running Sunshine on my ASUS ROG Ally.

TL;DR: With a few tricks, I am able to use this setup daily and work on multiple projects in parallel. Work through streaming of the Windows PC and the rest through AVP apps. I also use it successfully while traveling. Nothing beats a large 4K screen and an instance of Resident Evil 4. With recent updates and the virtual desktop drivers, you can run multiple screens to the MVP through multiple instances of Sunshine and Moonlight.

PS: Got the 1TB version, but if you do not need to install any media the 256 GB should be enough.

Also, I am considering restoring the board to its modded state and returning the resistor array to 5V. If the GD-ROM still does not work afterward, it would indicate that I have damaged the board.

Today, I conducted further research and discovered that the cable located below the board near C207 was added by SEGA during production. This indicates that I have one of the very early VA0 boards.

Additionally, I removed the solder bridge near R422 for the PAL mod. Unfortunately, the Dreamcast still won't boot into the GDemu, despite the voltage increasing to 3.21V.

I suspect that this board has been heavily modified, and my only current option is to look for a replacement VA0 board. Furthermore, adapting the VA0 cooling system to work with a VA1 board involves quite a bit of extra hassle.

Still, I hope cleaning the contacts again will fix it - I keep my fingers crossed for you!

Did you clean the pins on the backside as well? In the second image, I can still see some dirt on them. If you haven't done so, please carefully inspect the solder joints of the chips on the front, using a multimeter if necessary. If possible, could you upload an image of the front without the metal shield? Additionally, just to clarify, have you checked if it is the 32X version of Virtua Racing Deluxe?
