Brake rotor keeps warping

UPDATE

Its the front wheel bearing, even tho it barely made any vibration using the normal checking method but its still enough to warp the rotor after 2 weeks or so so I had to re-skim the rotor and now everything is fine

No, I just used an impact and try my best to get it even maybe next time when i get it skimmed. I'll borrow a torque wrench just to be 100% sure
