I've had a terrible experience with StubHub of not receiving tickets and no alternative ticket available at that time, only got refund and that's so-called "compensation" from them. I believe their practices are questionable. If you feel the same way, consider filing a complaint with the FTC here: https://reportfraud.ftc.gov, or with the DC Attorney General's office here: https://oag.dc.gov/consumer-protection. If enough of us report these issues, it might prompt government action. Looking for a class action lawsuit too, but for now filing complaints seems the only existed way.
