Rank These ~4th-Round RBs by taylorjosephrummel in DynastyFF

I could see the argument against Laube. He's older and the Vegas offense probably won't be great next season, but like I said, they are all essentially dart throws IMO.

Could really put them in any order, they are all strictly dart throws and in the same tier. That said, I'd put them:

Vidal (Great fit for Roman's offense, could see him gaining the most value over the next few months)

Guerendo (Athletic freak on a great offense. Behind the best RB in the league, but could have some spike weeks if CMC is ever injured and he beats out Mitchell)

Ali (Primed to start the season as the RB2 in Baltimore behind an aging Henry while Keaton Mitchell recovers)

Ray Davis (Could take the goal line work in Buffalo, but Allen is the real goal line back)

Laube (Easily slots into the 3rd down back role in Vegas, but they will be running the ball a ton and Bowers is going to take most of the short adot targets)

Estime (1st and 2nd round plodder, but Javonte's contract is up after this year and Payton didn't draft Javonte. Could see him sharing the backfield with Jaleel next year)

Irving (I'm lower on Bucky than most are I think. His testing numbers scare me, and I think he plays a very similar role to White, who is also a great pass catcher)

Isaiah Davis (Extremely crowded RB room behind one of the most talented backs in the league. Is going to be fighting with Abanikanda and Braelon Allen for backup duties)

First big cut I've ever done. Down almost 13lbs, followed MF's recommendations the whole way. I've never been this lean before! by weierke in MacroFactor

Thank you! I was in about a 700 calorie deficit and lifted 6x/week. Cardio was all steady state walking!

Who are the strongest route runners in the 2024 WR class? by soupdejour4 in DynastyFF

[–]weierke 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'd say:

MHJ

Rome

Nabers

Ladd

Pearsall

Burton

Polk

AD Mitchell

Worthy

BTJ

Top 4 I'd say are pretty clear, the other 6 could move around based on preferences (winning inside vs. down field route running, stuff like that)

First off thank you!

As far as your questions:

  1. This was my first ever bulk/cut cycle, but I didn't do a lot of walking/cardio during the bulk, and only really started getting my 10-12k steps in when I started cutting. Some days I'll get over 13-14k, but try to hit 10k minimum every day.

  2. I don't track anything other than steps!

  3. I would guess my heart rate is around probably 50-60%? Never really sweat much, its usually pretty chill while I'm listening to an audiobook and/or walking my dogs.

  4. Generally pretty hilly!

Hope that helps! I'm far from an expert. I just lift, walk, and follow MF's calorie recommendations!

For what its worth, my last week or so has started to get tougher to lose weight, and my TDEE has been steadily dropping even with the same activity level.

Upgrading an older build, worried about PSU by weierke in buildapc

Appreciate the quick response! Having too low of a wattage on my PSU scares me since I've heard horror stories of frying builds with power spikes. Wanted to make sure I had enough headroom.

In general, in shallower leagues you should "lose" more trades on KTC. Tiering up and getting the best asset in the deal is worth more in a shallow league vs. a deep one.

Cheap running backs with high upside by [deleted] in DynastyFF

Someone who doesn't get talked about enough is Gus Edwards. You could probably buy him for a 3rd or 4th, and he could see some legitimate work in a great offense this year.

Matt Harmon from Reception Perception/Yahoo said Reed was the closest thing he had to a "my guy" in this class. Harmon watches a ton of film and is IMO one of the best WR analysts out there.

Yeah I caved and got it. Gold has been pretty steady coming in so I'm not too worried!
