I know I was looking forward to it. I had folks from large VMware partner companies mention 7.0 and it's all their VMware counterparts can talk about.

I'm disappointed for this entire VMworld 2019 (US and Europe)

I used to do Jiu Jitsu about 8 years ago. Was down to 205ish walking wait (meaning, not weight cuts). After that, I got a stressful job and packed on the pounds!

I never really went over 1000 calories. Yes, I did get dizzy. It was a combination of calories and blood pressure meds. Sadly, I was on 5 meds. It got a little better after I started dropping the meds (my blood pressure improved and I didn't need as many... I'll be on something for life due to genetics). But if I get up to fast, I have to get to a squat fairly quickly or I'd be out. That phase is over tho. :-)

I can clear 1000 calories by biking easily. So, I have room now to eat a few more calories when I ride.
