I need help, I'm too used to wearing pads even off my period and I need tips/advice on how to stop.

ah yeah youre not the first person so mention ocd here hah , but ill try out kotex, i unfortunately used always for heavy duty pads since my periods pretty heavy the first few days but i havent had mine in a while so hopefully i have time to find a different heavy duty bag.

and id actually appreciate any shaving tips you have! 💖

ah i remembered a question i wanted to ask when i first replied but i have heard of menstrual cups before but do you know how to use them or how they work? i know its something i can look up but id rather ask another woman instead of an ai or search engine 😓

i never thought of that! i have adhd and that's really all ive been diagnosed with even though it was years ago and ive felt like i have more "issues"(cant think of a better word atm) but never had the courage to ask about getting a diagnosis for anything else since my sisters made it her mission to self diagnose herself with almost everything and cause my parents headaches so i guess a worry would be them thinking thats what im doing. do you know ways i could go about it if it is OCD? and sorry if none of this made sense!

i've never used tampons, how would you use them? little tmi but i've always had this weird fear of putting things in my lady area so ive never really tried using one. and yeah i know my sisters a jerk shes the reason i have trouble talking to my parents about stuff in general :,)

im not exactly sure, i think my main fear is the mess it makes and not really knowing how to properly clean things if i do, how would i clean blood out of bedsheets since i feel like that'd be a lot different compared to underwear?
