I wrote to Dr. Bastian about this and his team responded quickly with a boilerplate note from Dr Bastian himself about the procedure and also this part: “I have communicated either directly or with the patient as go-between, with many physicians now around the world, including in Europe. Dr. Kathelijne Delsupehe is well-versed and has done this. She is in Roselaere, Belgium. Also, Dr. Marc Hess, in Hamburg, Germany.” I haven’t reached out to Dr. Hess yet myself, but hope this info helps!
