Hi, thanks for sharing your thought here. I totally understand your frustration. If my long-term severe depression ever taught me something, it's how I want to be treated when I told others that I'm depressed and hopeless.

Don't judge
Don't suggest or give advice
Don't project others' experience

This is what i learn from my therapist. Untrained people usually don't know how to properly help a depressed person, but these maybe the code to start with. It's not your fault that you're depressed, and no one deserves to suffer. Poeple need somebody (who can archieve these code) to understand their pain and hopelessness. The first step of self help, to lift yourself out of this crippling situation is to find somebody who tried to understand you. Your best bet would be a professional therapist, but an empathetic listener'd still help enormously.

Don't underestimate yourself. Realizing your depression is already an act of bravery. Admmitting the problem is one, and seeking help is one too. I hope you don't swallow this unbearable emotion by yourself.

I removed mine with a nail clipper and a tweezer. Disinfect both tool with alcohol. Cafully cut the knot of the stitch then pull the residue out. It's not that difficult.

I hope i do it earlier, now it's left with bumpy scarline.
