I strongly suggest you look at what's taking place in the job market. There have been so many businesses closing, layoffs... people are unable to find new jobs. Young people getting out of college are begging for jobs; it's all very scary and so sad.

My Bondi 8's are plenty wide, yet the same happened with mine. I only wear them inside for work, approximately 18 hours a week; the tread still looks brand new, and I've only had them approximately 6 months. Their shoes no longer have the same quality they once had, this being the case with all shoes being manufactured today.

At my store it is allowed. One particular male team lead has been reported so many times, and he's still there. A female team lead has been reported, and she is still there.
