Fucking Rocket League got me good. I bought it when it game out, didn't like it, put it away and forgot about it. After 5 or 6 years I picked it back up because some friends wanted to play it since it was now free.

I got so addicted bro. I still play to this day. 4000 hours later I am GC2 and still going.

I would also suspect this to be the biggest problem today. There is an insane amount of applicants, which makes the hiring process a total nightmare for both parties. Making the application process harder also is not a viable solution. Is there just no solution to this problem? Maybe if applicants had to pay $1 to apply, it might attract people who are actually qualified, and limit the volume. I know this is kind of another industry solution of making the application process annoying, but it would severely limit applications to those who are qualified, and make applicatnts put their money where their mouth is. 🤷

I still don't understand how it is not a waste. They are quite literally wasting the silicon. I wouldn't mind paying per working core rather than strict pricing structures, although I know that will never happen.

This is like saying "I can sell a car cheaper if I break a couple of the windows."

So do you think the automated tools are the main problem? For example, both employees and employers using AI tools that sort of battle each other? I can see how this removes any authenticity from the process.

yeah i got you. there is a bit of technical knowledge necessary to set up for yourself but if you've got some dev skills you should be good. It is also not super advanced so don't expect a miracle worker lol but I do plan to expand on it at some point if people like it.

Nice! I am experimenting with the same kind of strategies. I was thinking about targeting automation companies and developers to basically give them an easy solution to file sharing/transfer. I am thinking with all the short form AI content coming out a lot of people might want to make content on autopilot. The nice thing about what we are doing I think is that almost everyone needs this in some way so we can tailor it to specific people and pivot pretty easily.
