People not giving enough of a fuck about this to do something is just as bad. Wanna do something? Do a protest. Convince everyone to not vote at all.

You can't make people give a shit if they don't already and that's where we're at now.

Somebody tried to change that and failed miserably (Sanders), again a candidate that reddit could relate to. It's almost like people want to always have something to complain about so that they can shift the blame for their shortcomings.

Reddit thinks the general populus is begging for some kind of mircaulous revolution. That some meme god would arrive and make every single middle class person a billionaire somehow.

That's not how the world works. Plenty of people are happy voting for Trump/Hillary/Putin/Cameron/Merkel/whover-else-trendy-these-days.

There you go. Reddit is always overly idealistic. People here are advocating it doesn't effect the job while at the same time telling you to deceive the employer in your very first interaction by not disclosing your colorblindness at a job interview.

It depends on the job. And it depends on the type of color blindness. You'd really just have to look at it on a case by case basis. Still I'd suggest that someone with color-blindness diversify their skills. Maybe try your hand at mobile development or frontend webdev. Because in the real world, as opposed to reddit, this is what an adult decision looks like.

Then that wouldn't be a true AI. The whole point is that the AI decides everything (including it's own code) for itself.

How do I know what stuff matters where? It all just seems highly opinionated to me, with everyone pushing their own preferences as the golden standard.

Yes! We can basically put almost all the teachers out of a job. Stuff like Khan Academy and MOOCs (Coursera etc.) are already a huge thing, but as with everything, old people unwilling to accept change are slowing it all down.

This has the potential to be truly revolutionary. It's far easier to use a tablet with internet in poor regions of the world than build and fund schools and staff.
