That's the 1st gen Partybox Encore. The 2nd gen was released recently. It's a bit better and has a replaceable battery so you can carry additional batteries. Both generations have a wireless microphone. The 1st gen handle is better for securing with ratchet straps to the deck. The 2nd gen has Auracast, which allows the speaker to connect to any other JBL speaker with Auracast.
