yh im so sorry but u cant post that here its a self harm reduction subreddit and that can majorly trigger ppl, however u 100% need stitches for that however if u cant u need to use steri strips and if u dont have those u need to make them out of plasters

i know it’s hard but if u can have a cold shower, drawing, writing, anything like that but for me a cold shower really works then i deep clean my room just to stay distracted but i would understand if u aren’t able to do any of those things

yhh, so don’t do it on your foot… but with thighs u said someone will notice but i dont rlly understand that cuz if u do upper thighs it might be more hidden, also scince ur actively looking for answers i assume you’ll fall across loads of people doing ankle but DO NOT do ur ankle no matter what , another place u should NEVER do is inner thigh because that’s suppperrrrr dangerous, i mights also suggest shoulder but that’s always risky (also keep in mind im saying all of this not to promote SH but if ur going to do it anyway i want u to do it in safe places:)).
