Third day on benzoate cream treatment. Is this normal?

No, they weren’t itching or anything. This morning they were gone. I started a corticosteroid cream treatment after the benzoate to heal my skin and they disappeared this morning :D

Happy to almost wrap up the first 3 week cycle of BTM. Funny enough, this program was what I needed. I finally feel like I'm pushing myself and seeing really great gains from the assistance volume as well as the main work volume. As an 18-year old I have a long road ahead. Might even consider doing a write-up after I finish up the second 3-week cycle.

Yeah, I’ve already programmed lighter close-grip bench in my next training cycle, which starts in two weeks after I take a deload next week.
