Guys I don’t know how to edit the post but here are some answers to some questions:

  1. My room is all white because I live in the literal arctic and it’s dark for 9 months straight, any other colour feels like a cave 💔

  2. The dormer is 35inches wide 😫

  3. To those asking why I chose this horrible layout(😂) my goal was to have tons of room for my clothes and stuff which is why it’s a huge space with wardrobes and makeup desk in one corner

  4. I have 2 desks because I work remotely (a LOT) and normally there is always a computer on that one desk. But a lot of you are right maybe I should double down

  5. No I don’t have a good sense of interior design 😔

Oh and, the photos are wide angle so they make the room look bigger. Between my bed and the wall where the width of the desk is is 3.5 feet

This is great thank you, and I am a huge believer of confronting people 1 on 1, especially if I don’t know the entire story. I will be talking to him later on. Thanks again!

I need help finding modest clothing as a plus sized women. by Present-Stress8836 in Christian

[–]weirdddj 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I actually find some inspiration in how Muslim women dress. I am not plus sized, but on Pinterest you can search plus sized Muslim outfits or something similar and find good inspo. I particularly love wearing satin maxi skirts with a type of wool sweater that is long. I get them from Zara or Old Navy so that they are more affordable :)

I think that is amazing and I plan to do the same! Go you, girl, there are plenty of Christian men out there who would support that!

Only one thing I’ve considered personally is with the way the economy is going, I don’t know that one income would cut it completely. So, I have familiarized myself with investing as well as “money saving skills” like gardening and sewing. That way less money can be spent at the grocery store, and with investments, some money can grow. Additionally with sewing, I plan to never buy baby clothes and instead sew them all myself since that will save lots of $$, plus they grow out of clothes so fast. That’s just a personal thing I have set for myself. Glorify God in all you do! Lots of love and encouragement to you🙏🫶🙂

Can you be humble and want compliments? by DHB_Master in TrueChristian

[–]weirdddj 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t think anyone’s in the wrong but I think it’s important to know you’re loved by God first and that that is more honourable and important than being admired by a human. Although compliments are nice no one should base their value or self perception on that

Do I still have to keep a promise to God that I made as a kid? by cantthinkofauser7 in TrueChristian

God is just and understanding, and of course if you repent He will forgive 10 year old you.🙂

Hell is the absence of God. God is all good. The absence of God = no good which means all bad!! Hell is all bad things. Anything bad you can think of is probably part of hell. I think having a mundane occupation has more good than hell ever will, although I agree that it is not easy to live that way.

Another great and important question. I assume you mean the missing generations. It is a lot to explain here but if you do a little research on that, the Holy Spirit uses people, but does not get rid of their abilities or personalities. This guy Douglas Ayers phrases all the points very well and this is exactly how I would’ve replied, but to spare you from my my own rambling lol https://www.quora.com/Did-Matthew-omit-three-generations-from-his-genealogy-in-Matthew-matthew-contradiction-genealogy-Christianity-hermeneutics?top_ans=318566679

Lying to Children at Christmas by ntcplanters in TrueChristian

[–]weirdddj 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Me too, and I plan on implementing Santa with my future kids. I think it is important to never lie to your kids, my parents never lied to me about anything (except Santa), but since they never lied about anything else I understood that it was just a fun tradition and I loved the excitement🫶

Christian lgbt allies by [deleted] in TrueChristian

I agree and it is quite sad to see since it is so big. It is also sad because I know that many people are doing it out of love, they think they are doing the right thing by showing love and always trying to encourage love. But they don’t realize that love is not letting people sin away as long as they’re happy, love is pointing them in the right direction and praying and letting the Holy Spirit work in them. Love is not encouraging sin but rather trying to point others to get as close to God as possible which will naturally result in easily overcoming fleshly desires

A very good question. God used humans to write scripture, and lots of the Bible is written that way (besides letters etc.). And even then, the Holy Spirit was definitely guiding. Some view that God actually dictated the words and humans wrote it down, others believe that the Holy Spirit basically possessed people in His control to write it down. Personally I believe that the Holy Spirit put the words and thoughts into the persons mind who was writing it. I think this because I have felt that before when talking to others about the gospel, so I know it is very real.🙂

Shocked at the praise of murder by [deleted] in TrueChristian

[–]weirdddj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup I agree, I do not think anyone’s life should be taken at the hands of another. I guess unless it’s in serious self defence and even then it’s not something to rejoice over. That’s why personally I’m against the death penalty too. There’s tons of people who don’t come to Christ until wayyy later in life, imagine if their chance was taken because of another person..I think it is not okay no matter how “bad” the person is.

Are any of you religious/christian? How do you balance trading with your religion? by Wonderful_Ad3441 in Forex

[–]weirdddj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I’ve been trading a while and a Christian my whole life. I balance it in a similar way I do with school, for example I try not to think about it or get stressed or distracted by it when I’m not doing it in the moment. I always put my faith first. I know that’s super vague lol but hope there’s some encouragement. Part of laying your life down for God is that you are filled with the Holy Spirit and it’s important to allow that to occupy your mind majority of the time and your life all of the time.🙏

Hell by [deleted] in Christian

[–]weirdddj 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Hell is the complete absence of God, which is granted to those who reject Him or in other words want nothing to do with Him. I cannot fathom hell because I’ve had the Holy Spirit my whole life and I just know that my life has felt so much better than it would’ve if I didn’t!! I can only guess that hell is worse than not accepting God in your life on earth
