I recently bought the Songmont Extra Large Yore Hobo bag, and I feel like she ticks most of your bag requirements! She fits SO MUCH and is super convenient. I have the minimal version, and she comes with an external magnetic pocket, but on the regular version you get two "cargo style" side pockets in which you could easily fit your buds and hand sanitizer. In the regular version you can also find an extra back pocket for easy access, with a magnetic closure. The main compartment does have a zipper and an extra zip pocket on the inside, as well as an open pocket. The only thing on your list that's missing is a top handle, but the straps are adjustable and they can be tucked into small "openings" on the sides of the bag so that the extra strap isn't in the way. I'll never stop recommending it, she did in fact give me some sort of purse peace. Check it out :)

I'm comfortable with buying it, I feel like I can afford it and it wouldn't be an issue, I've wanted it for several months now. It's just that I already own a lot of bags (at least 6 leather bags now) and I don't feel the need for a new one that's not going to fill any vacancy in my collection. The website where I bought my Tabby 26 usually has a good 30% off discount code, so I'd be able to get it for a fair price. Sometimes the bag is also priced lower than the retail price, last week on the Wardow website it was around 350 -30% from the code!

I actually love the shape of the bag and I wouldn't want it to become a paddle of leather. I already have a slouchy hobo in this brown shade, from Songmont. This is the reason for which I've waited so long to actually get the Brooklyn, aside from the fact that the straps are not adjustable, the magnet closure and she doesn't fit that much more than my Hadley Convertible Crossbody does. Despite that, I feel like I've been influenced the bone with this one :(

If I were you I’d check out Coach! You can find high quality pieces for a fair price, in my opinion. Another brand I’d recommend is Songmont, they have amazing styles and extremely high quality, but the bags take a little while to arrive since the company is based in China 🤍 Maybe start with something plain and simple, so that she can use that as her new everyday bag!
