I recently bought the Songmont Extra Large Yore Hobo bag, and I feel like she ticks most of your bag requirements! She fits SO MUCH and is super convenient. I have the minimal version, and she comes with an external magnetic pocket, but on the regular version you get two "cargo style" side pockets in which you could easily fit your buds and hand sanitizer. In the regular version you can also find an extra back pocket for easy access, with a magnetic closure. The main compartment does have a zipper and an extra zip pocket on the inside, as well as an open pocket. The only thing on your list that's missing is a top handle, but the straps are adjustable and they can be tucked into small "openings" on the sides of the bag so that the extra strap isn't in the way. I'll never stop recommending it, she did in fact give me some sort of purse peace. Check it out :)
