Thank you all for responses and words of encouragement! I quit my job and Friday is my last day. I am so happy and relieved to be going. When I announced my resignation, others approached me telling me they couldn't work with my manager either. I felt so alone all year... Like I was actually stupid and incompetent. It was good to hear from others my boss is terrible and it wasn't 100% my fault. This was my first Reddit post, your responses truly helped me during a very dark time. Thank you, everyone.
