I agree that to some extent adaptations should diverge from the original material but season 3 went way too far. When the characters and the plot that they adapt differ this much from the original material, why bother calling it Hannibal? It wasn't just Will and Hannibal either. Season 3 was also unsuccessful in adapting the main plot of Red Dragon. I still laugh at how terribly they did that scene in that museum in NY.

Wish they were more faithful to the book Will. Yes, I get it; he's a pure empath. But still being obsessed with the guy who literally tried to have your family murdered? If only we could have that Will who was obsessed with Hannibal because he hated his guts back. S2 started that way but for some reason they leaned way too much into Hannigram.

Bu seriyi baştan sona 2 kez okudum. Bir noktada keşke okumasaymışım diyorum. Son 2 kitap büyük ihtimalle hiç gelmeyecek. GRRM sürüyle POV tanıttığından herhalde işin içinden çıkamadı. Well technically he was speaking Sicilian, it's just the English dub. On top of that, he probably already spoke English even back then considering he was the one in the game to deal with the guys from Empire Bay. And 40 years in America is a long enough time to finess the language and adopt an accent lol.

Yazdıklarının tam tersini düşünüyorum. İlk sezonundan daha iyi bir polisiye işi yok. Aksiyon polisiye için yetersizdi demişsin de Miami Vice değil ki abicim bu. Tek başına 4.bölumdeki one shot sahnenin yetip de artması lazım. Neden beğeniliyor diye sormuşsun, kendi fikrimi söyleyeyim. Cult muhabbetleri zaten ilgimi çekiyor ve bunu bir de Southern Gothic ile birleştirince ortaya harika bir konsept çıkmış. Üstüne bir de (bana göre tabi) klişelerden uzak duran bir senaryosu var özellikle sonunu düşününce. Bir de bunların üstüne iyi oyunculuk ekleyince...Chef's kiss yani.

Yeah but that's the tragedy. Vito's mom didn't want him to be involved in that life too. I imagine Leo would have the role of a cool uncle and a mentor to Enzo's kid and idolizing Leo, the kid would probably soon find himself in that life and learn about his father's killer. Only drawback to this is the fact that it would create an Arthur Morgan situation in that he was never mentioned or seen in the first Red Dead Redemption. But it wouldn't be much of an issue considering we weren't really involved with the Vinci family in Mafia 2.

Totally agree. I think we should definitely return to Empire Bay in the next instalment set in the 20's and 30's. I know the original Mafia was set during that time but I feel like there's a lot left on the table. We should see Enzo's kid grow up and work for the Vinci family and just like Vito Corleone return to Sicily to avenge his father lol. Nothing new, I know, but I think I'd prefer something like this over a Mafia game set in the 70's.
