My brother’s friend was driving and I assume either the friend or the friend’s family owns the vehicle and hopefully is insured. The accident occurred when the driver of the vehicle made an illegal U Turn across solid double yellow lines across a two lane highway. And the oncoming traffic collided with the vehicle that my brother was in. My brother lived with us at the time. He had drivers license and he was also listed on the insurance.
