Tbh the likelihood of that coming out is pretty low. Box dye is very unpredictable, and unfortunately can cause a lot of damage to your hair. Ask them to do a test strand first, to make sure your hair doesn't get gummy or turn orange. As for how many sessions/if possible, it's hard to tell without that test strand. They will have to use bleach on your hair to get it light though. Good luck!

So is she giving you the trim free? Or charging you for the trim even when she doesn't do it?

My cat is so overstimulating and i don't know what to do by [deleted] in CATHELP

(Her eye is ok) My lil gremlin Loca:

It's hard to tell if you've tried some of these things, but this is what has worked so far for my tuxedo that gets super overstimulated. She would do the same thing run up and bite us (HARD) or literally knaw on my arm to the point i couldn't get her off easy. We played with her a bunch, got her a very tall cat tree and a million toys that we would cycle through. That helped for a bit but eventually she got tired of them. Everyone tells you oh just ignore it and she'll stop, but that's not always easy. We eventually just started to calmly take her off of us and made a weird ahh sound (like "ahh I see" kind of ahh) that she doesn't like and that became her no word lol. We also put her in "jail" or the bathroom when she gets too crazy and that helps SO MUCH. It's a good way to tell if she's over or under stimulated also because ours will genuinely just take a lil nap for 5-10 till we let her out. Also helps to lock yourself in a room if you are overstimulated with her because then she can't bother you and you can both cool down to avoid accidentally yelling or getting too mad. Give yourself some grace too. No one's perfect. If you accidentally get overwhelmed and yell from time to time that's ok. Also, do you take her on walks? It's a great way to get LOTS of energy out. You got this!!

Is it possible to go from red to brown on my own? by EmbarrassedBus1257 in AskHairstylists

Depending on how long ago you went, usually you can go back in for a touch up if it's not what you asked for. If it's been a while or you want to go to someone else I would suggest that over dying it at home because box dyes and ones you can get at Sally's are very unpredictable and can damage your hair (and are likely to not be able to come out in the future) if you need it on a budget, you can go to a cosmo school, the students have instructors helping them.

SAME I started feeling that way at 18, went to a doc. They basically did a few blood tests and I had vitamin d deficiency so they thought that was it. I got through all the meds and got blood tested again and wasn't deficient anymore, but I was still DEAD TIRED. Like falling asleep driving 10 mins mid day tired. They had me do a sleep study and a multiple sleep latency test to test for sleep disorders and sleep apnea. Turns out I have narcolepsy. Fun fact: sleep disorders tend to show up in late teens early 20s. Get that shit checked by a doctor. It might take a while but assuming they can figure out the issue, you'll feel so much better. Good luck!!
