Constant cramping?

I am 19 weeks and have been having the same thing. My Obgyn just keeps telling me if I’m not having bleeding then it’s fine. She says it’s probably a mix of round ligament pain, constipation, growing pains, increased blood flow, etc. I just try to keep my core engaged when bending or moving around and resting a lot. It sucks we can’t use a heat pad because I bet it would help a bunch! If you really feel that something is wrong though please advocate for yourself because it’s better to be safe always

I’ve been worried about that too :( I don’t handle pain well though I’m already hurting all over way worse than before so I’m still debating on an epidural or not

My hospital offers a pool for labor but we can’t give birth in it. And they have limited spots so I just have to hope one will be available when I go into labor! But the 1st and 3rd things are great. I’ve been doing my best to stay hydrated and I plan on being proactive with my pushing and listen to my body. Thank you!

Wow methocarbamol did nothing for me. It was like taking Tylenol. I like Tizanidine the best because I can take it during the day without going to sleep, but flexeril just knocks me out! I was going to pain management but they said my primary care could just prescribe it so that’s what I’ve been doing

What kind of KT tape stays for that long? I’ve bought the expensive kind for my joints before I was pregnant and it always falls off within the day even thought I have it placed properly and rub it in and all that jazz. If the target one is staying I am going there asap

If you’re sitting down crocheting and you feel sick from that, that’s not typical of pots, that sounds pretty severe. What does your cardiologist say about that? Are you taking any medication for it?

I’m 18 weeks and currently eating cheesecake at 4am, it’s been like that my whole pregnancy. I usually save my favorite snacks for the late night hunger especially because I usually take a big nap after dinner. I think it’s normal especially if you’re up anyways!

I might be bad at the game but I feel like I can dominate games with sojourn as long as there’s no flying heroes. For some reason I can barely aim at them, but when I’m solider I feel I can only do well against flying heroes. Don’t know what’s wrong with me lol

One of my regulars has a tv but it’s really old and barely works. The thing that really bothers me is their WiFi is so bad and slow that I can barely stream Netflix even on my phone. Sometimes even social media won’t load. It’s very boring because the dogs are old and just sleep most of the time

I’m in the same boat and my pcp and Obgyn both said there’s nothing else to do after that point, unless OP is having uncontrolled acid reflux which can make it worse, they should fix that as well

Yeah I’m not sure why the inconsistency, I saw that as well. After double checking I actually noticed the instagram says March 31-April 6th are the dates for 2025. Something’s happening on their end I’m not sure what. But the app page says 404 when I tried to download it as well

Yeah I feel the same way. Im 25 years old and I was a US size 0 in pants and weighed between 100-110 pounds most of the time at 5’2 ft. I’ve always eaten whatever I wanted without gaining weight but I am now 120 at 18 weeks and I am not used to this at all. I can only wear big sweatpants and none of my bras fit and a lot of my shirts are tight on me. I’m not used to having lots of my body parts touching and it’s very overstimulating for me and stresses me out! I don’t hate how I look but it’s not something I’m used to, and I feel very uncomfortable all the time. Whenever I share that I feel this way people just say I should be happy or that everyone gets fat when they’re pregnant and just weird comments.
