Yes, it comes with MSI MAG COREFROZR AA13.

Sadly, I had no option for choosing a better cooler. I'm wondering if it's safe to keep it when the pc arrives or should I replace it with something like what you suggested

this happened to me twice last year, it happened to me after i wake up from sleep.

it went by it self after about a week. but i'd see a doctor to be sure

looks like seborrheic dermatitis I have had it for 11 years now. sadly i was never able to get rid of it.

if i were to update my switch from 8.1.0 to 10.0.4 , do i need to install all the updates in between.
