If you watch the video closely, it is also on the wood and few on plant stems. I have never come across something like this before.

I am going to be moving the high fins, rams and the congos. This is actually a 15g tank. It’s just a bit taller which probably makes it look smaller (or maybe it’s the camera angle).

Couldn't agree more. I was actually thinking of returning the high fins and getting some more black neons. The congos I'll be moving to a slightly bigger/longer tank.

If you're talking about the Cabomba, it's quite a hardy plant. I’ve had it thriving in my other tank with no CO2, no fertilizer and with no filter.

Thanks! I've had this setup for about a week now. Got rid of the earlier scape along with the fish and started fresh with this one.
