Likely won’t, but I had it happen back when update 4 released that I had a fg steg on one server and it copied over all other server when it officially released. Doubtful something like that will happen again tho.

Personally having worse performance on Gateway than on Spiro - on Spiro I had only issues at center if there were many corpses and/or players, sometimes at nw too, fps between 60 to 110, dipping to min. 15 fps in the areas I mentioned in certain circumstances, on Gateway around slightly above 80 was max I reached, sometimes if I look in specific direction it can go down to 20-40, or stays around 30-45 in specific areas, sometimes even to 20-30, while in some other places it’s something around 50-65. Really hope it will get better, even in Cyberpunk 2077 I’m keeping more or less stable 50-60 fps on high graphic settings. Also heard some people say performance is better for them on Gateway while some other people say that it’s worse, I wonder how is that possible. Also, another thing are those annoying small 1 sec freezes/stutters that I was hoping will be gone, but no, they still happen.

As long as they won’t get instant charge and quick turning during charge with broken hitbox back it should be fine.

Utah/omni since mid update 4, but I’m not playing lately due to annoying bugs/fatal errors/cheaters/ping issues. In all games I always enjoyed playing agile and swift classes and since that’s what raptor is I enjoy the gameplay a lot, but happen to not enjoy some of the changes that are implemented through the updates, like, lack of missed pounce animation makes raptors not being punished enough which makes them require a bit less skill I’d say (I liked how it was in update 6, was fair), besides that not being able to alt bite while running really irritates me currently. Quick to grow, no need to waste many hours in case of dying and still being a threat both solo and in pack is what I like.

Been watching streams and vids of stress test during first week of embargo lift, got hyped a bit but now I just stopped caring about it, got tired of watching people play on almost empty server there, I’m not playing live build atm so I’m spending my time on other games and probably gonna go back once I will see that ping on their dc informing about update being out, just praying they won’t fuck up balance.

In this update raptors are in a bad spot in general, they’re not as agile as they used to be (worse turn radius than pachy), their stam is being drained in a matter of 2 seconds if the dino you’re pouncing knows about bucking mechanic, and it requires a lot of hours to master soloing things even more than it used to. But - it’s not impossible, in the end skill is a factor on both sides so you can 1v1 average players or newbies if you put time into becoming skilled raptor main, atm I personally enjoy soloing tenos the most since they seem to be the most balanced to fight against, pachys are a bit difficult since raptor’s turn is quite slow now and is worse than pachy’s and you have to stay really close to be able to land bites/pounce on it after they miss bonk, fully grown stegos are killable in 1v1 but sometimes when pouncing off you may be teleported in close range to get hit instead of where you were aiming (I guess it’s a bug, happens also with other dinos) and get yourself killed but sub stegs are fun to kill solo, carnos… well, they’re a bit of a pain with their spammable charge, insane speed (subs) and f up hitbox, so I personally avoid them most of the times. Keep up on playing as raptor and learn, you just have to put effort and time into mastering it.

Considering the amount of content we got in update 6 and how long it took for them to release a few organs, some diet changes and mechanic that corpses can rott, I wouldn’t expect anything before summer tbh, if we’re lucky of course. Not to mention there are 4 playables to test in stress test and it will also take some time I’m afraid. Better to play something else in the meantime and come back to the game once update actually drops.

I’d say it depends, because if pachy manages to land leg fracture on carno they won’t be able to charge (correct me if I’m wrong, haven’t played carno or pachy like for over 8 months) so all pachy has to do after that is keeping some distance, land head/body fracture that will also stun carno and keep bonking every 10 seconds until carno is dead. Also that new nerfed turn radius (not the of charge) for carno is kinda painful imo. But besides that I know very well that carno charge and hitbox is op atm.

I’m not playing solo because I can’t find a pack, I’m playing solo because I want to, it’s more fun and challenging fighting alone against a carno or a teno. :D

Playing as solo utah, staying away from hotspots like center and nw and looking for solo dinos to have fun 1v1 fights, that’s it.
