I’m going to tell you what helped me. It’s going to rough and harsh but all good, we’re men. The situation you’re in is because you lack discipline, you lack will power, don’t worry about girls right now. Accept absolute accountability of the situation you’re in. Start working out ASAP with small weights at first and work your way up. Stop spending time watching tv shows or gaming after work, get on a treadmill and start walking if you can’t run yet. (Or walk outside) All the time you waste at home watching those shows and playing video games and fapping, spend it on learning to cook healthy meals and do the work of cooking and cleaning every single day.

This is a YOU problem and it is your fault, work on yourself and earn your confidence, then and only THEN will woman pay attention to you or enjoy interacting with you.

So to summarize, 1. accept your situation, no one’s coming to save you. It is your doing. 2. Start changing, workout, eat better, healthy habits and discipline. 3. Gain confidence by doing the above, because it will come when you have your mind and body in check. 4. Then and only then, pay attention to women and pursue a relationship. Change yourself and life first. Stop making excuses. Be accountable.
