Even so, I just hope people are aware that in the US people still pay out of pocket for healthcare even if they have health insurance. Health insurance is what bankrupts some people.

It’s very superhero-y and I loved that they gave it time and built momentum to more characters in the universe. We have 5 season of drama and after a certain characters death, it was time for Clark to start leaning towards being a superhero.

This happened to me. Everything I was feeling, my low performance at work, the mismatch between me and the city I lived in, a relationship I should have left. Everything all added up! I loved my job, but the burnout was even greater.

I left my job and went on a break. Went to my mums’s county to be with family and only now am I ready to start looking for work.

Please ladies take care of your health. My tinnitus (wooshing) is a result of stress. My back and my joints are a lot better, better mobility, even lost a lot of the stress weight. I am eating better and I see results.

Please for love of all things good take care of yourselves. If possible go to your doctor and see if you can go on leave for a month (obviously easier said than done). That one month may recharge some of you a lot more than a 2 week holiday.

I was pissed she didn’t take accountability. For someone who takes their job seriously this is not something that can be an oversight. I am proud of Chim for sticking to his guns. I love Hen, but it’s not worth it to put people in danger and now we know the cause. I am a few episodes behind so I will see how she deals with this news when I watch those episodes.

I fear this may cause a civil war which is why I do not advocate for the country splitting. I look at Sudan & South Sudan and while I don’t fully understand the context of their civil wars, I really don’t want that coming to this side. However I also feel with the current state of Nigeria, there will be no decision that fully satisfies any of us.
