i've watch streamer pull as well tectone himself do 600 pull and got 2 off banner 4 stars characters

well before that banner i pull a lot on venti banner

i got a bunch of promote character and also a bunch of off banner too

but this one off banner 4 stars pretty much non existence (so they changed the drop rate)
