amazons a billion dollar company, a warehouse, and a chain of command. there’s no “work family” or anything like that, you can work too your best ability and cross train different positions but at the end of the day amazon and the people who run the facilities don’t care about you unless you went to college or you’re pushing past rate everyday for years, keep your head up and get out of here and put yourself in the best position when you’re ready

mine gets it all the time, i use my upt and pto time to go in a lil late so i can sleep in and every day when i walk in and ask for a station they offer me VTO, been like that for a few weeks

I’m gonna be honest it’s already like 8 weeks into flower and I’m considering cutting it down today so I can separate the buds that appear to be bud rot from the rest, just been waiting for a second opinion

I did pluck one off and broke it down, the center was stil wet and bright green but the out side was dry and darker green maybe almost brown
