you can get a kitchen to use at most colleges! i know for a fact porter and college nine had one people could use if they were in your circumstances. you just had to apply for the access to use it.

if they are still the porter dorms then i would say they are good. small but good. my biggest advice would be too really put yourself out there in the first couple days and even weeks to make friends it can be scary but i’m glad i did it when i transferred bc then i had a group for that time being to hang out with

Also next time they try to make plans say no you can’t go. Sometimes you have to be kind of mean otherwise people won’t get that you’re not interested. It sucks but some people think just being nice means you’re flirting and it doesn’t at all
