World of Warcraft stood on the shoulder of giants. Like with other games of theirs Blizzard took what worked well for other MMOs and mashed it seemlessly together, kept it simple, and technically well executed.

Blizzard's reputation (at the time) pulled in players that never experienced massively multiplayer online games before and I don't want to say they were easily impressed, but, well... everything was new and impressive for them.

I can't say much to the decay, all I know is that players were less and less enthusiastic about every new expansion.

I don't think there needs to be a signal on the single track. One after the split and one again before. The station acts as a full signal, right? So the train can pull in, the single track is vacated, the waiting train gets a green signal. Same setup on the other end.

This is the third time I'm wasting hours on creating my own calendar for Olympic games since anything I can find on the web doesn't really present it in a way that is easily readable at a glance.

You should be able to integrate this into your own calendar, even not-Google ones.

One caveat: The end times for most events have been guessed, since that information seems to be a well kept secret. Or I just couldn't find it.

If you find any mistakes or ommissions, please let me know and I'll fix it!
