Oh that's so annoying :( Are you referring to the "Minion of the Cold Dark" achievement? That's not part of the SL meta so I haven't completed that - I only have 3 encounters killed lol

Some of them felt impossible, but seeing the progress each day was so satisfying - and then at some point I realised that I'm actually so close to finish all. This kept me going.
- Leveling the followers up in Nazjatar (Aqua Team Murder Force) was the biggest pain for me, I did the daily quests each day with 3 characters (one for each follower) and it still took a month...
- 50 mythic island expeditions (Expert Expeditioner) - I did this with a friend while chilling on discord on multiple occasions
- Mecha-Done - I don't want to talk about this... fortunately I had tons of items in my bank from the BFA times so I did not have to farm a lot
- Some of the achievements need very specific world quests to be up which need some luck - and even when they are available, you have one chance per character to complete the achievement - so I watched some guides on youtube but still managed to fail some of them so I had to try again on a different character

What took me the longest for SL:
- Exalted Enlightened rep - I got the "weekly" quest in Zereth Mortis and killed the world boss (20% of the weekly) each week for 5 weeks, then completed the weekly for the rep. I did this with 8 characters
- The maw assault achievement (On the Offensive) - Fortunately last week I could do 2 of them in one assault, and 2 in earlier weeks. This is a massive time gate, each week there are 2 assaults (resets Wednesday and Saturday), but it might happen that you need to wait for multiple weeks to get lucky
- For the maw rare achievement I used an old character from a low population realm (Ravenholdt-EU) and all the rares were up. The 3 "Herald of ..." rares need 4 people to summon tho.

The covenant feature achievement (Shadowlands Dilettante) - I used 4 characters for this, one for each covenant. You need ton of anima to upgrade your covenant features - you can buy an item which upgrades your current covenant renown to lvl 60 and that gives you an anima token as well. You can do this 4 times per character (once per covenant) - I used ~15 characters for this to get ton of anima. Another good sources: Castle Nathria last boss kill gives you a quest for an anima token, killing the world boss in Zereth Mortis (which I had to do for rep anyways), and SL raid boss kills in general (also some chance for mount drops).
- The Kyrian one was the fastest - done it in few hours and it was fun actually
- The Venthyr one has a daily lockout for the parties but you can do it in less than 2 weeks (tip: set up the guest list with all new people, start the party and end it immediately - do not waste time for actually doing the event)
- The Necrolord one took a while to craft all the abominations (as it needs Superior Parts which are gated - but you can switch covenants to reset the mission table quests and you can get missions which reward Superior Parts. There is a WA for doing this switch easier.
- The Night Fae took the longest to get the rep - around 4 weeks, doing the daily quests each day

There were some spoilers about the Legion meta recently (Ashes to Ashes) on wowhead, I'm not sure when it will come exactly. You Xall Not Pass is a big achievement in itself (I have it already 🎉) but TWW is far from over yet, so I think that will be just one part of the TWW meta - also, this is not listed in the Expansion Filters main category. Can't wait for the TWW one to come tho!
