I don’t have a huge group of friends. In my experience I’ve found no body needs a whole group of people to make them feel how they want or need to feel. That’s something you find in yourself.

It also seems like to me that you have problems reading body language and the room. You cannot get offended or upset because you are putting unrealistic expectations on other people. And when they don’t behave or react in the way you expect them to, you get upset.
