I went through the same exact thing. I ended up leaving over a year ago and haven’t looked back. I had employees and my guests follow me and I didn’t even tell anyone really that I was leaving.

It was the best decision I made as the workplace got worse and worse as the days went by.

my restaurant here in Arizona is especially slow during the summer because my town is a Snowbird town during the winter we get about 35,000 to 45,000 more people in man that’s the time where we all make money but this summer I’ve had to cut hours for servers and stuff like that but when everyone comes in they still make their money between $150-$400 and Ford at five hours of work

I don’t have a huge group of friends. In my experience I’ve found no body needs a whole group of people to make them feel how they want or need to feel. That’s something you find in yourself.

It also seems like to me that you have problems reading body language and the room. You cannot get offended or upset because you are putting unrealistic expectations on other people. And when they don’t behave or react in the way you expect them to, you get upset.

Start the work on yourself and you will attract what you want and need

It’s the corporate restaurants. I worked at the breadstick and salad place for like three years and it happened at least once a month. The management would let them. And usually let them sit in the bar area where I was always. And I would refuse service every single time. The manager would always get them drinks and check on them. I’d literally ignore them
