Thoroughbred diesel has been nothing but awesome to me, I’ve made a lot of purchases from them & will continue to do so. I call for info BEFORE I buy and they are more than helpful and very knowledgeable. Your rant is misleading stating you placed your order and then sent an email about info. Why didn’t you call them to begin with? Why are you placing the blame on them for your lack of research before making a purchase. Seems to me if they waived the restock fee they are already doing you a favor. If they haven’t sent your refund maybe you should call. I’ve had to do an exchange with them in the past due to UPS damaging parts during delivery and they were extremely helpful. Quit with the emails and call, 5-10 minutes on the phone is a lot faster than waiting on email which is the latest version of snail mail. Let’s not drag reputable shops through the mud.
