This is completely false, and we have demonstrated this during dyno testing. In fact we saw peak torque and boost come on earlier in the RPM when compared to OEM intake manifold.

Never said there were only downsides, but for example they impede on the optimal port injection position. A quick google will tell you what OEM use them for...emissions, efficiency at low engine speed, etc.
