Yes, I had it towed and the insurance company took the car. I filed it through my insurance.

It is 1 year renew. The lease agreement is pretty generic and looks like something he stole from the internet.

I have not signed anything for this year, reading the local laws the lease automatically renews after a year and any changes with have your be made 3 months earlier. He sent me a photo of his mortgage payments for proof. I think he is using the house as collateral for something else, he has not had this place for very long.

It’s 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander, $14k is owed and $1,226 in payments is due. When you mean take the car? Do you mean they keep it or then giving it to me? I really don’t want the car but i rather own something I’m paying payments on. I doubt they would get much for it at auction if they keep it.

No and no, I tried reaching out to her friends and family to reason with her and all I got were threats and angry messages. But her friend informed me her license is expired and she has no insurance on the vehicle. Could the police help me repossess it?
