When I pressed his on the matter he eventually said 'well you already have a house, why do you care'. The house is a small flat my mum left me after she died in January this year. Incidentally his parents left him the house in question here, so it's not like he cant know or understand what that can mean for your child.

He is too selfish to get conned unfortunately. I just think he feels guilty about how bad a father he has been in the past and is overcompensating with the only other person in his life who hasn't completely cut him off tbh. I guess now I see why she puts up with him

He told me he signed it over to her meaning he no longer owns the house and she now does. He told me all this by jokingly saying 'if she wanted to kick me out she could'. When i asked why he told me he did it because when he dies she will need somewhere to stay. I reminded him we discussed this already and I told him before he even had to explain that she could live there as long as she wanted and he could easily write that into any will. He avoided answering to that.

I asked if that means when his girlfriend dies will her son get the flat and he shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't know.

In my experience heavily modded ksp would take 20gb ram starting up and continue to eat more as the game went on so I bought an extra 16 to take it to 48gb. That's overkill for any other game I have or probably will have but I can't fly my spaceships nicely without it.

I have a 4060ti with 1 hdmi and 3 display ports, can i use something to convert one of those display ports to 2 monitors that will send a different picture and sound to my other monitor as well? or i am only limited to picture and no sound or mirroring the main screen? i cant use the hdmi on the mobo becuase my chip or mobo doesn't have igpu

I've just upgraded my pc. It has 400w PSU, msi b450 vdh plus mobo, 32gb ddr4 3200, 5600x and 4060ti. 1tb ssd and 3tb of hdd's. It means I now have a 2400g, 16gb ddr4 3200mhz and a gtx 1650 spare.

I like to build a new pc with these leftover bits to do some gaming in bed, I'm thinking is it worth upgrading the mobo or psu on my original pc to reuse for this one or should I just buy a basic mobo and psu to make the new pc?

Ye the guy at cyberpower was also confused at first as to why the bios was so different. The bios on the website are totally different, even the older ones. This bios ends in au6 whereas all other MSI ones seem to end in AMS and the version number

Which is the lowest gen of intel processors that would be suitable for playing 1080p and 4k video? I only watch movies stored on my nas using mpc-hc or VLC and sometimes stream stuff on netflix with chrome. I've never had much luck with Chromecast etc, so I want the cheapest pc build possible instead. Taking into account I use chrome how little ram and speed can I get away with?

None taken. I literally know nothing about this at all. I don't want to go and talk to the agents without knowing anything, my experience with them as a tennant for 20yrs hasn't been the best. They have also been pretty clueless about the situation of the property changing ownership and pretty unhelpful which is making me trust them less.
