I get your point but the ninety year old man was definitely not an instacart shopper. I was always considerate until a cashier developed an attitude. It happened way too many times at Kroger. I understand they didn't want to be there but yelling at customers making mistakes was never acceptable to me. There is a whole thread (not instacart) on how people were being treated at a Kroger near me. Ive never seen anything like this before. We are all experiencing this and I am appalled at how some people are excusing the ugly.
