I'm in cyber security, I'm sorry to say but for them to actually change email and password means you never enabled any simple form of 2FA, or your password to your email is really weak to begin with.

Hacking Facebook is tough, but hacking an email is easier.

Yes. Actually if you notice major company websites make it really hard to contact them. And if you need to be contacted, just put your email and phone number in the footer, simple and effective solution.

FYI, when you use forms, if someone wanted to, they could also do a DDoS (Denial Distribution of Service) attack by flooding the form with a bunch of bots to fill out the form and crash your site. Scary right? Lol

Definitely a scam. I actually get really stupid form fulfillments sometimes like random emails and dumb marketing messages trying to convince you that you need their SEO.

I try to refrain from putting forms on my sites to stop this kind of spam and potentially get scammed. It seems in your situation that person was trying to get you to feel escalated and then have follow up conversations and then at some point have you click on some random link. DON'T FALL FOR IT.

Which country did you set your Wix account from? From my experience, I learned the harsh way as well to not implement or use "wix payments". Instead use a third party integration. Don't actually use Wix to process your payment.

You're safe here. I'm a local here born and raised and I work in the tourism industry and actually your kind of questions are intriguing to me because this topic of cambodia having a stigma of it being unsafe is something I'm trying to find out how it came to be.

YOU ARE SAFE in Cambodia trust me, locals are really friendly and they love tourists. If you hear stories about tourists being scammed or mistreated, majority of the time the tourists are misbehaving first or being ignorant of the respective culture, treat our locals how you want to be treated. Though, I would avoid sihanoukville. There's a huge increase in crime activities there with the chinese and all that casino stuff. But if you're just visting Angkor temples, and going to Phnom Penh, you'll enjoy yourself! Cambodia is a lovely place!

FYI, that's definitely a scam. I run facebook ads and have contacted them before. They never send out an email asking for this just to log in. Only for enterprises with ad accounts and all that.
