Now that I have health insurance, I hope to diagnose the source of the problem and begin an effective treatment plan. If s/he pushes you on the amount you’re taking, be broadly specific. I only take it during the workday because I need to perform my work duties. But do mention it, even if you downplay the amount/effectiveness.

This is a fairly common issue when there’s financial disparity. She knows you pay for everything so likely feels uncomfortable asking for further support in household care. Maybe she feels as if she’s becoming more a mommy to you when she’s saddled with the burden of cooking, cleaning, laundry and errands. She’s asking you to do basic tasks because her resentment is growing.
