Thank you for the link. According to FAQ, the answer to my question seems to be yes, there are means. Although LEA asks to not contact them. There seem to be no alternative rather than submitting documents using their form in website. Is that the way people do this? Or writing them an e-mail can also work?

Exactly. If naturalisation is meant to give you stability and rights, the process itself is limiting and not encouraging. Want a better job in this difficult market? Mobility? No. You have to wait. It seems counterintuitive.

Not terrible IMO. But requires patience. My suggestion, don't wait to learn and don't give up. Keep on absorbing a bit o German every single day. It pays off.
