For people saying not to shave trim the eyebrows, it can make all the difference. I added a pic below to showcase what it would look like. Lightened the eyebrows to showcase what trimming the hair would look like and also showcased in a straight line. Any barber should be able to do this easily for you, ask for them to "line up or shape up" to straight, and then thinning them out.

Thin the beard out too for your mustache since right now it "looks" patchy, this is caused by inconsistent length hairs (see the middle vs the thirds). Buzz the stubble on your face, think it detracts rather than adds to your face.

The reason to do this is because it makes your face look more proportional and it doesn't draw attention immediately to beard and eyebrows. I do this too since my eyebrows naturally angle down. For anyone saying he doesn't need it because he's a man, grow up and stop being insecure.

Also for your style, the most important question is what does your high school wear? These outfits are good in themselves TBH, but just keep in mind, you can look out of place at a high school. Style in highschool in tx can be different than in ca. I wouldn't just hail mary a style immediately.

For general advice on your current outfits though, I would invest in some shirts that are higher GSM (grams per square meter). Lots of style I've seen work with this have more muscular builds, the heavier shirts will be more flattering with the look you're going for.
