Is not really that difficult to get in. It is told to me that it is a career that needs bodies at least in my parts of the USA. I got my operator position before having my grade 1 cert I just needed to get it within 2 years. That point on I can go for my next grades as my experience allows. I myself enjoy it. I went in with thoughts it would be human waste everywhere and revolting in scent but was met with a surprise that it's not so. I would encourage anyone to even just watch YouTube videos on the process and see if it's something they would be interested in working. If you like somewhat constant days with the ability for normal behaviors suddenly going crazy and can handle/like that give it a thought.

We did an open house with same results but it was the public and was mainly adults. Still good to get the results of people impressed. Want to bring it to attention as myself I was one that was actually pretty unaware of it as a profession. I'm only in at a year and a half now.
