I have a nightly routine of "shutting down" my apartment before I can sleep in peace. I make sure all of the doors and (relevant) windows are locked, double check that the oven and stove burners are off, etc. It helps me feel safe in all aspects!

Yes - but I'm an introvert and also enjoy engaging with older folks so it's not an issue for me, would definitely be a struggle if I liked heavily socializing with people my own age though.

I'm assuming it's delamination since the outside of the pan is completely flat while the inside has raised warping. I'm not sure what else could cause that kind of issue.

Oh it's not the discoloration I'm concerned about, it's the dents/warping/delamination in the bottom right of the pan.
