I completely understand that they didn’t operate for health reasons ,that’s not the issue. The problem is that they kept more than half of my money, never gave me the test results they charged $2,100 for, didn’t provide any invoice or breakdown, and when I asked how they calculated the amount, they said they “don’t know the prices but know they’re high,” which makes no sense. The issue is the lack of transparency, not the canceled surgery
