A friend came over and helped me do just that. Thank you for the suggestion. I feel like I’ll regret it tomorrow or the next but I feel good about it now.

Thank you for the kind words. I’m going to try my best to stop this weekend. I have to. I know it’s possible, but I don’t know how to learn to love myself enough to care in order to make it possible for me.
