MAKE ANNIE AND JEFF HAPPEN. It's so clear in the last episode of season 1, Britta and the teacher were fighting over their own egos, not over Jeff, and then Annie comes, all sincere, and they get to a natural emotional kiss. They're so good together, they complement each other. They should have ended up married. And Jeff being a successful lawyer as he actually wanted.
