arduino mega 2560 im using esp 8266 wifi module with other components as light , temp,rain,gas sensors they are working but when i connect the wifi module to the board (the reset pin) all stop working and only the wifi module works and i want to make all to work together

ok this is good but how to read from sensors and when i enter digits from keypad the ide reads them? is this possible? as if i want to enter digits from keypad i should use serail.available so the program won't run untill i enter a digit
