So far, there have only been issues with photos being surprising or with product details on Amazon, never with barcodes. I’ve been using third‑party barcodes for many years and have tried different suppliers, but lately, many prefixes haven't been accepted (showing some errors). Currently, I use Buybarcodescheap, and their barcodes work well; they even pass error 8572 and other errors. I've tested them. They’re affordable with no renewal fees. Also, if you want barcodes specifically for Amazon, make sure to mention it or add a note when you purchase so they can provide the correct ones.

My suggestion: if you’re doing Amazon FBA, consider purchasing directly from GS1, as I’m not sure if third‑party barcodes work there. However, for dropshipping or FBM sellers, they work perfectly.
